Returns & Exchanges

Trapstar London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging with security tags intact. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original branded packaging, ensuring all hangtags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
